Receptions

If you can’t persuade any of your friends or family members to emcee, don’t worry! Let them relax and enjoy the celebration. Instead, provide me with the outline of events and all the information about your bridal party, out-of-town guests, games etc and I will make sure that all goes well and your guest have a fabulous time. If you have no idea how to even start making the reception program, one meeting with me and we can have it down. I can give you some sample receptions and work with you on the timing and order of events. I can also emcee bilingually so your Chinese or Japanese out of town guests feel included and have a great time also.

I have over 10 years experience in emceeing a variety of programs including weddings, family events, conventions and cultural programs. The emcee work naturally evolved from my former career as a television show host, newscaster and spokesperson.

PLEASE NOTE: Emcee Services only available for couples that Alice officiates the ceremony for.

•EMCEE (English), 2 hour minimum — $150 per hour

•BILINGUAL EMCEE, 2 hour minimum — $175 per hour
  (Mandarin or Japanese)

•Travel Fee for Emcee Services:
    No travel fee for in-town locations such as
    Kahala Mandarin, Ala Moana, Waikiki and Tantalus

    Fees for “outside town area”:
   –Bayer Estate, Sand Island, Honolulu Country Club,
    Hawaii Kai — $25
   –Ihilani, Paradise Cove, Kailua, Lanikai, Kaneohe,
    Ewa Beach, Luana Hills, Okinawan Center — $50
   –Kualoa Ranch (Moli’i Gardens) — $75
   –Turtle Bay, North Shore, Sunset Beach,
    Waimea Falls — $100
