Message from Alice:
I have been infinitely blessed with team members who have so beautifully and synchronistically come together to support me in my mission and in my passion to be of service. I am so grateful to each one of them who contribute in their unique way to bring my services to you in the highest possible way. We are all on the same page when it comes to the level of service and commitment that we have for you.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
JUDY: Schedules all personal consultation appointments for Astrology, Feng Shui, home or business blessings, Life Guide and Channeling sessions. She also helps me with public speaking hires and handles my daily/monthly appointment schedule. Judy is also the “customer service” department and is the voice to my business and the one that most of you work with in order to book my services.
MARIE: Reserves and confirms all wedding bookings and manages my long term calendar. She is in touch with all the brides and grooms from first contact and booking through day of ceremony, reminding them of things such as licensing, consultations and payment.
KELLY: Responsible for uploading and e-mailing all private session recordings to clients and burning and sending CD’s for those who order them.
ERIN: Behind the scenes for the most part, though you may have contact from her from time to time if she needs to fill in for one of the others.
JUDY SEGAWA
Aloha! I'm Judy Segawa and I'm in charge of Alice's schedule. Thus, as "Keeper of the Schedule," I'm the first person you will contact to book an appointment for one of Alice's many services. Like a hostess at a restaurant, I am the one that greets you when you first arrive.
I have been joyously working with Alice since 2005, and I must say one of the many highlights for me is to "meet" and interact with each of Alice's wonderful and gracious clients. I look forward to working with you when you are ready to book an appointment.
As a virtual assistant (VA), I provide administrative support for multiple solo business owners. I'm "virtual" because I do everything from my home office; I don't sit outside Alice's office like some people imagine! My passion is to fully support Alice, which then allows her to focus on what she's really passionate about — helping her clients get new and profound insights into their lives.

MARIE JOSE NOYLE
Hello! I’m Marie Jose Noyle, and I am in charge of the wedding aspect of Alice’s business. I am also responsible for her long term calendar and work with Judy to organize and keep in touch with the waiting list for Alice’s other services.
As well I, along with the others work closely with Alice to manage her public events and workshops so I will be meeting many of you at the registration table should you attend any of her events. I also act as a second set of hands and feet for Alice through my side business, "Marie-Jose Happy Helper".
My other work is as the Office Manager for Dr. Chad Sato of Aloha Chiropractic in Manoa. www.alohachiro.biz I have been working for Dr. Chad since 2003 after I moved from France to Hawaii to marry my husband in 2000.

Dr. Chad is an amazing healer that has changed my life as well as all of those he sees on a regular basis over the years. He has the same philosophy and outlook as Alice and I enjoy helping both of them bring light into the world.
My passion is to develop spiritually, grow, evolve and become the best I can be. I love spending time with my friends and strive to enjoy life in all ways. I have two children and four grandchildren all of whom live in France.
I look forward to being in touch with those of you that have already confirmed Rev. Alice’s services for your ceremony, and those of you who desire to work with her in the future. As English is my second language I ask for your understanding if you find it difficult to understand me at times but I will always do my best!

KELLY SUGANO
Aloha everyone! My name is Kelly and I work with Alice on getting you your recordings after your sessions with her. After Alice fills up a recorder, I pick it up, upload the recordings and email it to you. You usually receive your recording within about two weeks after your session with Alice depending on her consultation and travel schedule. If you have any questions about your recordings, please feel free to email me. I also help Alice at many of her events and hope to meet you soon!
In addition to helping Alice, I have my own wedding coordination company that I started in 2002 called “A PERFECT DAY” where I first met Alice! My employees and I love to help couples create and coordinate perfect wedding days. Please visit our website if you or anyone you know may need extra help on their special day.

ERIN USHIJIMA
Aloha! I am Erin, Alice’s most recent behind-the-scenes assistant. I first met Alice at my friend’s wedding and after taking one of Alice’s classes she asked me if I would be willing to help her on a project by project basis. I said “yes,” and since then, I have helped her do everything from scout a location for an upcoming workshop to proofread her writings and prepare her articles for the Star-Advertiser. I also enjoy helping her with research projects on the internet. I like working behind the scenes and offering creative administrative support. BEHIND THE SCENES TEAM MEMBER
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the one most creative and talented person who not only creates, designs and upkeeps my websites but also takes care of all my design needs on a practically daily basis. From event flyers, to media kits, to DVD cover designs, business cards and product inserts, Gay has helped me create collateral for my business that I feel really expresses the essence of who I am.
