•Where is your office located?
All private consultations are held at Alice's office in Honolulu on Nimitz Hwy (Near K-Mart and City Mill) or conducted over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: In April of 2011 Alice moved to a larger office. She is no longer on Beretania Street. Following confirmation of your appointment, you will receive the office address with detailed instructions. There is ample parking at her new office.
•Where do I call to make an appointment?
The number to call is (808) 436-8234, however, we encourage you to fill out the form on the Contact Alice page with the details of your desires as this allows us to understand your needs and be of greater service. We also respond faster by email. We read all e-mails and respond to all calls and appreciate your interest.
•What are your consultation hours?
Generally personal consultations with Alice are on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons although this may vary from week to week
•What if I can’t make any of these times?
If it is impossible for you to be available during these time frames, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate a time that will work for you, though you may have to wait a bit longer.
•How far in advance does your schedule run?
Depending on the time of year and how many people have requested appointments before you, there can be anywhere from a one month to a three month advance time period to get an appointment. If you have been to see Alice at least once already, you can “pre-reserve” a time in any given future month by getting on our “auto schedule” list. There is no obligation to take the appointment when you are contacted, but it guarantee’s you a time with Alice without the customary wait. •Can I put my name on a waitlist for cancellations?
At the time of the appointment, you can indicate that you would like to be called should an earlier appointment open up however, the other people in the queue would still come before you and therefore it is unlikely you would get a sooner appointment unless none of the people could make the spot that opened up.
If your situation demands urgency there is a "Squeeze-Me-In" Fee of $100 which means you can get the next possible open appointment as we put your name at the top of the list.
•What if I need to see you right away – can you squeeze me in?
Because Alice only able to see so many people a day due to the high energetic output and personalized service she provides, the amount of people she sees each day is limited. However, as mentioned above, there is a “squeeze me in” fee of $100 and we would do our best to find the next possible opening for you, if there is one.
•Do you offer group discounts or a family rate if more than one of us signs up at once?
This is one of the more common questions we get and we understand the reasoning behind the question as generally when we buy in bulk, we are able to save money.
While Alice does appreciate the opportunity to be of service to more individuals, she still has to spend the same amount of time preparing for each person. We do not offer discounts on any of our services so that we can keep the value intact for each client fostering an even exchange of energy.
•Do you do phone appointments? I cannot come to your office.
Alice can conduct her personal consultations such as Astrology, Channeling, Wedding pre-ceremony consultations and Life Guidance appointments over the phone. For feng shui, we recommend you find a feng shui consultant in your area. Please see the specifics on each of these below.
•I have a question for Alice and want to talk to Alice in person – how can I speak to her directly?
Alice is not able to accommodate the many requests we receive for her to call someone directly. However, if you have questions about our services, please review our extensive website. Our office is set up so that you can talk to her assistant Erin who can guide you to what you are looking for and answer most of questions.
Alice is always available at her classes, workshops, and public seminars to chat so be sure to catch her at one of her events if you would like to speak to her personally.
•Does Alice read all of the emails personally?
If they are addressed to her, she will read them, though one of her assistants may respond in her place.
•Where can I see you?
Every so often Alice speaks publicly somewhere or is doing a workshop so the best way to find out her public schedule is to either sign up on to be on our mailing list or check back to this website often as her events and workshops are always posted here.
•Will you tell people that I came to see you?
Alice understands that the nature of what she does with her clients is personal and private, and just like a doctor’s office, all that is said between during the session is 100% between us. As well, if she happens to run into you in public unexpectedly, and you are with others, she will not reveal the source of your relationship unless you bring it up first.
•I want to do all your services but don’t know where to start. What should I do?
When you view the services that Alice Inoue Life Guidance offers, you may feel that you “need it all” but what Alice recommends is to see what appeals to you the. Feng Shui takes the most physical time and energy because after you have her at your home for a consultation, there are suggestions she makes that will take time and additional effort. If you feel you need a physical change (that stimulates change on all the other levels), feng shui is a great place to start. Be sure to schedule actual time after the consultation to follow through. If you have things going on in your life that you don’t understand, feelings that you have, situations around you that are happening that you need clarity on, or if you are feeling stuck, or feeling anything out of the ordinary at all, then the Astrology would be a good place to start.
