Frequently Asked Questions

•Where is your office located?
All private consultations are held at Alice's office in Honolulu or conducted over the phone.

PLEASE NOTE: Alice has moved her office to a new in-town location. Following confirmation of your appointment, you will receive the office address and parking directions.

•Where do I call to make an appointment?
The number to call is (808) 598-2655, however, we encourage you to fill out the form on the Contact Alice page with the details of your desires as this allows us to understand your needs and be of greater service. We read all e-mails and respond to all calls and appreciate your interest.

•What are your hours?
Generally I see clients at my office or do phone readings on Tuesdays from 2-5pm, Wednesdays from 11:30am–5pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 1–5pm Hawaii Standard Time (2 hours earlier than PST and 5 hours earlier than EST). Outside of these times I am performing wedding ceremonies, teaching workshops, writing articles, working on my book, or developing new products and curriculum for upcoming seminars.

•What if I can’t make any of these times?
If it is impossible to come within these time frames for you, you can submit your request for another appointment time and I will do my best to accommodate your preference.

•How far in advance does your schedule run?
Depending on the month and time of year there can be anywhere from a four week to three month advance time period to get an appointment. Time is passing so quickly these days that your appointment will seem to arrive in an instant.
•Can I put my name on a waitlist for cancellations?
At the time of the appointment, you can indicate that you would like to be called should an earlier appointment open up. However, it is rare that an appointment becomes available but it does happen. If you really feel a sense of urgency to ensure you have an appointment at the soonest opportunity, there is a "Squeeze-Me-In" Fee of $100 which usually means you can get an appointment within the same month of your request.

•What if I need to see you right away – can you squeeze me in?
Because I am only able to see so many people a day due to the high energetic output and personalized service I provide, I limit the amount of people I see each day. However, as mentioned above, I do have a “squeeze me in” fee of $100 and we would do our best to find the next possible opening for you, if there is one.

•Do you offer group discounts or a family rate if more than one of us signs up at once?
This is one of the most common questions I get and I totally understand the reasoning behind the question as generally when we buy in bulk, we are able to save money. While I do appreciate the opportunity to be of service to more individuals, I still have to spend the same amount of time to prepare for each person. So I do not offer discounts to my services so that I can keep the value intact for each client and this also offers an even exchange of energy.

•Do you do phone appointments? I cannot come to your office.
I am able to do Astrology, Channeling, Wedding Consultations and Life Guide appointments over the phone. For Feng Shui, I would recommend you find a Feng Shui consultant in your area. Please see the specifics on each of these below.

•What if I have a question for you and want to talk to you in person – can I speak with you directly?
Much of my time is spent in preparation for my appointments, with clients, or on a personal level - in meditation, spiritual development or writing my book, which makes me not as easily accessible as my assistant Judy.

If you have a question and can’t find the answer here on my site, I invite you to speak to either of my assistants, Judy or Marie as they are familiar with my work and can answer any questions you may have. If you still feel the need to speak with me, please call 598-2655 and leave a message there and I will be happy to call you back.

•Do you read all of your emails personally?
Yes I do, although Judy or Marie may respond for me.

•Where can I see you?
It seems every so often I am speaking somewhere or doing a workshop so the best is to either sign up on to be on my mailing list as I try to send out information when I am appearing somewhere or check back to my website often as my events and workshops are always posted here.

•Will you tell people that I came to see you?
I understand that the nature of what I do with my clients is private, and so just like a doctor’s office, all that is said between us is 100% between us. As well, if I happen to run into you in public unexpectedly, and you are with others, I will never reveal the source of our relationship unless you bring it up first.

•I want to do all your services but don’t know where to start. What should I do?
It does seem sometimes that when you see my array of services you feel that you “need it all” but what I would recommend is to see what appeals to you the absolute most. Feng Shui takes the most physical time and energy because after you have me over, there are suggestions I make and things that I suggest you do to create a better flow and balance in your environment. It is very motivating and if you are feeling that you need a physical change (that stimulates change on all the other levels), this a great place to start. Just make sure that you have some actual time after the consultation to follow through.

If you have things going on that you don’t understand, feelings that you have, situations around you that are happening that you need clarity on, or if you are feeling stuck, or feeling anything out of the ordinary at all, then the Astrology would be a good place to start. We can get the “bigger picture” of everything that is going on in your life and I can offer some insight. Please read the Astrology section for more information.

If you have something going on in your life that you specifically want to work on to move to a better place, then you would choose the Life Guide. Here we work on specifics – getting over the loss of a parent, working past your fears of starting your own business, desiring to manifest something into your life, or wanting to forgive and release resentment for someone in your life, how to break up with someone graciously, understanding your own Spirituality, etc.
