For homes or businesses. I also do consultations at any stage of the process from blueprint to ongoing construction to assistance in renovations.

Residential:
–$160* (Studio)
–$200* (1 BR condo)
–$250* (2 BR condo or Small Townhouse)
–$280* (2 BR home)
–$315 (3 BR home)
–$360 (4 BR Home or Large 3 BR)
–for larger homes, please call for fee
–Follow up visit: from $125

*plus travel fee (outside of Honolulu area) of $25–$75

Business:
–Beginning at $270* (for a small business)
–One office only: $160*
–Follow up visit: from $150*
–Add travel fee of $25–$75 depending on the area

–Business: $270
–Ongoing consultation at $125 per hour, (minimum of one hour)
–Add travel fee of $25-$75 if at your office or home

•Out of town consultation (physical)
I have traveled to Japan and to the mainland specifically to feng shui various properties. Please call for details.

•PARTIES
A feng shui party is where I am the “entertainment” at a get together of people who are interested in feng shui. I talk about feng shui and what it really is all about, teach the group some feng shui basics that can be used immediately in their own homes or businesses.

The group usually has questions about their own situation and everyone learns from the answers. I can come at the beginning or towards the end of the party. Please call for details.
