•Can I get a refund if I pre-pay for a class, workshop or presentation and then find out I can’t make it?
Yes, if you notify us within 48 hours prior to the class being held. After deducting a processing charge of 20% we will refund you either by check or by PayPal, depending on how you originally paid. (This excludes Alice’s Feng Shui Intensive courses. CLICK HERE for more information on intensive course policy),
If it is within 48 hours of the class, there are no refunds or credits given as it is uncertain if we would be able to fill the vacated spot. Please make sure you are able to attend before you register.
•Where are Alice’s classes held?
Depending on the class, and the attendance, there are multiple meeting locations that she uses, always in town and usually quite convenient. If you are registered for a class and the class location is not on the flyer, you will receive an email from our office to confirm your attendance and the location.
•If I decide last minute that I want to go to a class, can I just show up?
Many of Alice’s courses require pre-registration due to limited space and others can accommodate walk-in’s quite easily. It all depends on the location and the type of class being offered. If you find out you can make a class, the fastest way to get a response is to email us through this site. Our voicemail only gets checked once a day so you would get the fastest response through email. Just type in the comments box the class you would like to attend.
